Once your order has been confirmed, you shall receive an initial acknowledgment of your purchase, followed by a notification when your parcel has been entrusted to the hands of the carrier. Do take note that this processing window does not account for weekends, holidays, or the time taken for the shipping journey itself.

At La Belle Skincare, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products, each of which is carefully handcrafted with precision and care. As with all handmade goods, slight variations in color, texture, or form may occur. These variations are a natural part of the process and contribute to the unique charm of each item.

You might also notice small air bubbles in our lip gloss tubes. This is perfectly normal and can vary depending on the specific formula used. These bubbles are not imperfections but a result of the natural product consistency, adding character to your item.

While we make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible, please note that slight differences in hue may arise due to the settings on your monitor. These small discrepancies are simply a part of the handmade nature of our creations and are to be embraced as part of the exclusive experience of owning a product that is truly one of a kind.

Returns

We do hope you shall be delighted with your purchase, but we must humbly inform you that we do not offer returns or exchanges. Should your item arrive in a damaged state, kindly reach out to us within 36 hours of delivery at finding.love.in.you@gmail.com or contact us on the website , include the following:

  • This allows us to quickly locate your purchase and verify the details.

  • Please describe the damage in detail, including when you noticed it and any factors that may have contributed to the issue.

  • Include clear and detailed photos that show the damage from different angles. This will help us assess the situation more accurately.

  • If possible, provide photos of the packaging as well. This can help us determine if the damage occurred during shipping.

  • If you’ve already contacted us or any other support channels regarding this issue, please provide a summary of the conversation.

  • Let us know if you’d prefer a refund, replacement, or any other solution.

Once we receive all of the above, we will review the case thoroughly. If the damage is confirmed as valid, we will offer a refund or replacement based on our assessment. However, if we determine that the product is not damaged (as per our seller’s discretion). Please note, however, that air bubbles within gloss tubes or slight color variations due to the handmade nature of our products are not considered damage. Should the item not meet our criteria, no replacement or refund shall be granted.

Shipping Errors

Once your parcel has been placed in the hands of our trusted courier, the title and risk of loss for the goods shall pass to you. Should the carrier mark your parcel as delivered, we shall consider it as such. We regret to inform you that La Belle Skincare cannot accept responsibility for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked delivered.

In certain circumstances, we offer discounts for future products. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
